Child seats included free of charge

Baby seats, child seats and booster seats are included free of charge for family transfers.

Child seats — commonly called car seats by US travelers — are included free of charge for family transfers.

When you add a child to the booking form, provide the child’s age. The form shows the recommended restraint category, and the required child-seat configuration is recorded for your family transfer.

The required seats are prepared before pickup.

The child restraints used for our family transfers meet the applicable ECE R44/04 or UN R129 (i-Size) standards.

Travelling with more than one child

Multiple child seats can be prepared in the same vehicle.

Families travelling with two children can book two appropriate child seats for the same transfer.

Each child is entered separately in the booking form so the family’s child-seat configuration can be prepared before pickup.

Example: two young children, stroller and luggage

A family travelling with:

  • 2 adults
  • a 1-year-old child
  • a 2-year-old child
  • 1 stroller
  • luggage

For this family configuration, we recommend the van. Both children are entered separately in the booking form and two appropriate child seats are prepared for the confirmed transfer.

The van recommendation takes into account the children, child seats, stroller and luggage — not only the passenger count.

Strollers and luggage are part of the vehicle planning

Vehicle planning takes into account your passengers, child seats, stroller and luggage.

Our vans are suitable for families travelling with multiple child seats, a double stroller, several large suitcases and cabin bags.

Vehicle planning is based on the complete family configuration, including the number of passengers, child seats, stroller size and the actual amount of luggage.

Families travelling with three or four large suitcases, cabin bags, a double stroller and two young children can be accommodated in a van when this configuration is provided at booking.

Standard, large and double strollers can be recorded in the booking flow.

For families carrying multiple child seats, a stroller and several pieces of luggage, a van is generally the recommended configuration.

If your flight is delayed

We track the flight number provided in your booking. If your tracked flight is delayed, your pickup is coordinated with the actual arrival time. You do not need to create a new booking, and the flight delay itself does not add an extra waiting charge.

A confirmed price for the confirmed transfer

The confirmed price covers the transfer booked with the route, vehicle and passenger details provided at confirmation.

A delay to the tracked flight does not change the confirmed transfer price simply because the aircraft arrives late.

Material changes requested by the passenger after confirmation may require a revised confirmation or price.
