Booking Paris Transfer uses fixed prices for standard covered routes. The confirmed price covers the transfer booked with the route, vehicle and passenger details provided at confirmation. Material changes requested to the booked service may require a revised confirmation or price.
Depending on the booking conditions shown before confirmation, customers may pay online or on arrival. Online payment may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
For eligible bookings, cancellation more than 24 hours before pickup may allow a full refund. Cancellation less than 24 hours before pickup, no-show, incorrect pickup details or failure to meet the driver may lead to non-refundable charges.
We track the flight number provided in your booking. If your tracked flight is delayed, your pickup is coordinated with the actual arrival time. You do not need to create a new booking, and the flight delay itself does not add an extra waiting charge.
After you land, your driver waits while you clear immigration, collect your luggage and pass customs as part of the normal pickup process. We do not run a meter on that time.
Booking changes are subject to availability. Route, passenger, luggage or vehicle changes may require a revised confirmation or price. Additional waiting requested by the passenger after the agreed pickup process, or other material changes to the booked service, may require a revised confirmation or price. Child seats are always included at no extra cost.
Certified baby seats, child seats and booster seats are included at no extra cost. Tell us the number and age of your children when you book, and the right seat is fitted before your driver leaves. Passenger and child information should be checked carefully before travel.
