Scope of these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to bookings made through Booking Paris Transfer for private airport transfer and private transfer booking services.
Role of Booking Paris Transfer
Booking Paris Transfer acts as a reservation intermediary and coordinates bookings with a network of independent partner drivers. Booking Paris Transfer is not an airline, airport, hotel, public transport operator or theme park operator.
Booking information required
The customer must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details, flight number when applicable, passenger count, luggage information, child seat needs and contact information.
Fixed route prices
Fixed prices apply to covered standard routes and booking details shown before confirmation. The confirmed price covers the transfer booked with the route, vehicle and passenger details provided at confirmation.
A delay to the flight number provided in your booking does not create an additional waiting charge. Additional waiting requested by the passenger after the agreed pickup process, or material changes to the booked service such as a route change, wrong address, additional stop or change in passenger or luggage details, may require a revised confirmation or price.
Payment terms
Depending on the booking conditions shown before confirmation, payment may be made online or on arrival. Online payment may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
Cancellation, refund and no-show
For eligible bookings, cancellation more than 24 hours before pickup may allow a full refund. Cancellation less than 24 hours before pickup, no-show, incorrect pickup details or failure to meet the driver may lead to non-refundable charges.
Child seats and family transfers
Baby seats, child seats and booster seats are included free of charge for family transfers. Families travelling with two children can book two appropriate child seats in the same vehicle. Provide the age of each child when booking so the required child-seat configuration can be confirmed and prepared before pickup. The customer is responsible for providing accurate child age and size information.
Our professional independent partner drivers
Transfers are coordinated with professional independent partner drivers. Pickup instructions, route details, vehicle availability and timing depend on the booking confirmation and operational conditions.
Complaints and consumer mediation
Customers should contact Booking Paris Transfer first for any complaint, payment issue, refund request or service question. Consumer mediation may be available according to applicable French consumer rules.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain applicable where required by law.
